Where Technology meets Traditional Craftsmanship

At Outlaw 718, owner and builder Paul has dedicated over three decades to crafting bespoke outlaw sports cars inspired by the classic 1950s and '60s designs. Specialising in reimagining iconic models like the 356 Speedster and 550 Spyder, Paul combines the charm of vintage vehicles with modern performance and safety features.

His passion for cars began with air-cooled beach buggies and VW Beetles, later evolving into a love for the timeless curves of the 356 Speedster.

Guided by his father’s influence in motorcycle restoration, Paul found the confidence to build his first car over 30 years ago. His process focuses on enhancing the driving experience—creating faster, more exhilarating cars while retaining the drivability and spirit of the originals.

From custom-made chassis to 3D scanned body shells, each car is a testament to Paul's meticulous craftsmanship. Each project is a collaboration, with Paul working closely with owners to ensure their car reflects their vision, all while pushing the limits of what a true outlaw sports car can be.
